Notice is hereby given that an Emergency Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Avila South Condominium Association, Inc. will be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, March 31th, 2026
Time: 6:30 PM
Location: 200-210 172nd St, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 – Recreational room.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Florida Statutes (Chapter 718), that the Board of Directors scheduled a meeting of the Associations.
This meeting is being held for the purpose of reviewing, selecting, and approving a replacement waste management vendor for the Association due to the immediate termination of the current waste service provider.
