Dear Residents, in an effort to update the association's records, improve and effectively manage the parking lots and enforce the decal-parking requirement, we have begun a new decal system al Avila South Condo. The decal will be distributed on Tuesday, May 18th. 2021 at 1:30pm-4pm and Saturday. May 18th. 2021 at 1:30pm-4pm.
Requirements for owners and tenant. If you are a tenant, a copy of your lease agreement will need to accompany the vehicle registration form. Everyone must provide a copy his or her driver license and no more than ONE vehicle registration per unit. All vehicles' registrations and licenses must be registered to a resident of the community.
Attached please find the vehicle registration form to be completed and submitted to the management office.
You may bring the form the day of the distributions but ii must be attached with a copy of lease (if applicable), copy of the driver's license and copy of the vehicle registration. If the reinjured documentation is not attached to the vehicle registration form, you will NOT be given a decal Please be advised that decal enforcement will go into effect the evening of June r, 2019. Those in violation will be first Slickered and further violations will lead to vehicle removal This is all being done in an effort to curb the parking difficulties we face.
