Get to know Avila south.

Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Avila Condo is a gated condominium community composed of two low
rise 5-floor buildings of 196 units (each building having 98 one- and two- bedroom units).

These buildings surround a Card Room complex of indoor and outdoor meeting areas, a gym, a large swimming pool, a sauna and Pool Room
surrounded by lounging areas, restrooms and showers, an outdoor shuffleboard and gaming court, and a main administrative office.

Built in the mid 1970s,

Avila Condo was and now is an attractive place to reside, since it is in walking distance
(1 blocks) from the Atlantic Ocean and its wide sandy beaches, and 1/2 block away from Collins Avenue with a
nearby large variety of store and restaurant areas. Avila Condo is very close to Churches and Synagogues.
Also, from Avila Condo, it is a very short drive to Aventura Mall, one of south Florida’s largest and most elegant shopping areas with name brand stores, department stores, restaurants and a large multiplex theatre.
