On November 22, 2022, at the Board of Directors Metting of Avila South Condominium, the
need to adopt a Special Assessment was discussed for the purpose of:

Insurance Increase $236,000.00
2022 Budget Short Fall $64,000.00

On December 21, 2022 the Board will be voting to pass this Special Assessment. The Association’s
Board of Directors will be approving the adoption of a Special Assessment 1n the amount of:
$300,000 to be paid over 12 monthly installments starting January 15th, 2023.
