Sunny Isles violation - repairing a fence without a permit - $20,625
Forensic Audit -Two Years 2015-2016-by order of a DPBR complaint - $14,000
Otis Elevator demand for payment due to breach of contract - $12,000
Security Officer - Luis Rivero -discrimination litigation - $12,000
Miami Dade Fire Violations- non-compliance - $8,000
Accountsult - accounting company -under budget - $9,000
Property Management /License Cam - $25,000
Budget Short Fall /delinquent accounts - $27,181

This assessment is in addition to the regular maintenance that is paid every month.

(98) 1 Bedroom 1 ½ Baths 0.24% $166.87 per month

(18) 2 Bedrooms 1 ½ Baths 0.27% $194.23 per month

(10) 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths 0.31% $215.51 per month

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on July 17, 2017 at 8:00 pm. Special Assessment payments must be deposited in the special assessment account; please, Do Not include the Special Assessment amount on the same check (money order, automatic debit, etc.) with the maintenance fees.
To properly credit your account, all forms of payments must include your account number which is your unit number
