Dear Avila South Owner:
We are happy to announce that you can now access your association account 24/7 from your mobile phone or device. Through Allied's Owner Portal you can now review your account balance, make payment thru AutoPay or credit card, submit a Service Request, and/or check for outstanding violations. This service is free to all owners and it is now available to you. Allied's Owner Portal makes paying your assessments simple and secure.
At no cost to you, you can sign up for AutoPay (formally ACH) and your payment is automatically deducted the first few days of the month. You control when to tum it on or off; and you can make changes to the bank information. Your banking information will no longer need to be shared with Allied Property Group. In addition, for a nominal fee, you may also make your payment with a credit card.
If you decide you wish to sign up for AutoPay, please do so before the 30th of the month to ensure that your payment will be processed on the 1"' of the following month. For example, if you wish for your June 2019 payment to be processed via AutoPay (ACH) then you must sign up by May 30th•
Allied's Owner Portal is so much more than mobile freedom. With constant access to all of your most frequently requested account information, gone are the days of having to take valuable time out of your day to call the management office for answers to questions about your account. ON-LINE BILL PAYMENTS: If you are currently enrolled with your bank's online Bill Pay Program please contact your bank and change the payer information to: Avila South Condominium Association, Inc., c/o Allied Property Group, Inc., 12350 SW 132 Court, Suite 114, Miami, FL 33186. If you use your bank's online bill payment system, please note that payments to the Association are not processed electronically, but rather with a paper check. As a result, we highly recommend that payment be made at least 10 days before the due date. For example, if your maintenance fee payment is due the 1st of the month, you should make your payment on the 20th day of the previous month.
